Winemaking Notes: Crafted from the ripest Niagara peaches, this wine captures the pure, sun-kissed essence of Ontario's tender fruit. Pressed and fermented at low temperatures to preserve the fruit’s vibrant flavours, we’ve blended in a touch of estate Riesling to elevate acidity and enhance the palate with extended, lively notes. Expect fresh peach aromas with soft mineral undertones and a hint of citrus, finishing in a crisp, refreshing body that’s perfect for easy sipping.
Pair It With: Grilled peach and burrata salad, prosciutto and melon platter, shrimp tacos with lime slaw or lemon herb chicken skewers.
