SUBSCRIPTION FAQs

What’s included in my subscription and how often do I receive it?

Get ready for a selection of wine delivered right to your doorstep once per quarter, (every 3 months). Each shipment will include 6 different wines and/or ciders selected by our team, featuring mix of favourites, seasonal releases, new discoveries and occasional exclusives.

 Is there an option to customize my shipment?

Long story short, no. Why ruin the surprise. Our winemakers carefully select everything that goes into your subscription so we think you’ll be happy.

When can I expect my shipment?

Billing occurs on the 15th of each shipment month: March, June, September and December.

Wine Club Happy Hour pickup events will be held shortly after billing and provide members with the opportunity to collect their shipment at the winery, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and connect with the team.

All remaining shipments will be processed and shipped the following week once payment has been received and the pickup event has concluded.

Are shipping and taxes included in the price of the subscription?

Wanderer’s Club membership is $100 per quarter plus applicable taxes.

Trailblazer Club membership is $250 per quarter plus applicable taxes.

Shipping is only included with Trailblazer memberships.

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

Yes. Please note all deliveries must be made to someone of legal drinking age with a valid ID.

Am I able to cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go but if you’d like to cancel your subscription you can do so at any point. Your order confirmation email contains a link where you can manage and cancel your subscription.
