Wine: 95% Riesling & 5% Chardonnay

Winemaking Notes: The 2025 Lakeshore White reflects a warm summer followed by an extended autumn ripening period. The extra time on the vine allowed the grapes to develop concentrated sugars while preserving their vibrant acidity.

Estate-grown Riesling and Chardonnay come together in a wine with depth, structure and expressive aromatics. Light yellow in colour, it opens with Meyer lemon, candied citrus peel and ripe yellow peach, with subtle notes of honeyed jasmine and flinty minerality.

On the palate, the 2025 vintage offers a richer, more textured style than previous years. Juicy orchard fruit and concentrated citrus are balanced by crisp acidity, leading to a clean, lingering and well-balanced finish.

Pair it with: Enjoy alongside spicy Thai green curry with chicken or tofu, pan-seared scallops with citrus-infused beurre blanc or German-style smoked pork chops with braised sauerkraut. It also pairs beautifully with artisanal charcuterie featuring sharp aged white cheddar or creamy blue cheese.
