Winemaker's Notes: Crafted from grapes harvested in the stillness of midwinter, our 2024 Vidal Icewine captures the magic of Niagara’s coldest nights. Picked at temperatures below minus ten degrees Celsius, the frozen berries yield only a trickle of intensely concentrated juice, preserving every drop of natural sweetness and vibrant acidity.

Golden in colour and luxurious on the nose, this Icewine shines with aromas of tropical fruit, ripe peach, honeycomb and candied citrus. The palate is rich and luscious with balanced acidity that lifts each sip and leads into a smooth, lingering finish.

Enjoy it on its own for a moment of pure indulgence, or pair it with creamy desserts, custards, fruit tarts, blue cheese or classic poundcake. It also adds a beautiful touch when drizzled over ice cream or used creatively in cocktails.
