Winemaking Notes: This cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc comes from an exceptional Niagara vintage, offering vibrant acidity and a crisp, refreshing profile. Aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit, green apple, and flint rise from the glass, creating a lifted and expressive bouquet.

On the palate, it is bright and clean with ripe fruit, refreshing minerality, and layers of citrus and orchard notes. Pretty and perfumed, this wine has so much character that you linger on the aromatics before even taking a sip. The finish is long, fresh, and revitalizing.

Pair It With: Shines on its own as an aperitif or paired with grilled vegetables, pea risotto, rainbow trout, or goat cheese flatbread.
