Taste the Season is back at Palatine Hills Estate Winery!

Looking for a fall wine tasting experience in Niagara-on-the-Lake? Taste the Season is back this November, and we’re joining wineries across the region for a self-guided wine and food experience celebrating the flavours of the season.

Join us Fridays through Sundays throughout November 2026 at Palatine Hills Estate Winery for a curated food and wine pairing, hosted in partnership with Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Meet Our Harvest Crunch Cone
Wondering what we’re serving?

Our Harvest Crunch Cone is a handheld sweet waffle cone filled with garlic sweet potato, then topped with spiced candied bacon and salted pecans. Created by Fireside Drive, this savoury-sweet fall-inspired bite is paired with our Lakeshore Red.

It’s a combination of rich, savoury flavours and seasonal ingredients designed to pair with the wine and capture the taste of Niagara in the fall.

Explore Taste the Season in Niagara-on-the-Lake
Taste the Season is a ticketed, self-guided tasting experience that gives you the chance to explore 25 participating Niagara-on-the-Lake wineries, each offering their own curated food pairing with a VQA wine.

With your pass, you can choose which wineries you’d like to visit, with up to 8 wineries included in one trip. It’s a great way to build your own Niagara wine tour and discover different wineries, wines and fall-inspired pairings throughout the region.

Whether you’re planning a day in Niagara wine country, looking for things to do in Niagara-on-the-Lake in November or simply want an excuse to enjoy local wine and food, Taste the Season is a great way to experience the region.
