2021 Vidal Icewine

THE STORY 

Oh, if you could have been with us to harvest the Vidal grapes that went into this sweet, delicious icewine. Dead of winter. Temperature: -10℃. A previous yield of intensely concentrated juice … Thankfully, we trek into the cold for you. All that’s left to do is enjoy the tropical fruit aroma of this superb variety of icewine.

HOW TO ENJOY THIS WINE

There’s a lot going on in this little bottle of Vidal icewine. It has a superb profile of Apple, Apricot, Honey and a very mild mineral character.  This  is sweet with some acidity and warmth hidden by the sweetness. While wonderful all on its own, try it as an accompaniment to your sweet-tooth fix. Creamy desserts. Custards, souffles, and pound cake. We've even been known to sneak a splash of icewine into our favorite cocktail recipe (harvester’s secret).
