SUBSCRIPTION FAQs

What’s included in my subscription and how often do I receive it?

Get ready for two bottles of wine delivered right to your doorstep every two months. If you’ve chosen to double your wine, lucky you, you’ll get two of everything with your subscription. Your bottles could include new releases, pre-releases vintages or exclusive wines.

 Is there an option to customize my shipment?

Long story short, no. Why ruin the surprise. Our winemakers carefully select everything that goes into your subscription so we think you’ll be happy.

When can I expect my shipment?

Get excited, you can expect your shipment soon after the 15th of each recurring month.

Are shipping and taxes included in the price of the subscription?

The cost of the membership is $59 plus additional taxes. Shipping is included.

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

Yes. Please note all deliveries must be made to someone of legal drinking age with a valid ID.

Am I able to cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go but if you’d like to cancel your subscription you can do so at any point. Your order confirmation email contains a link where you can manage and cancel your subscription.
