THE STORY
It’s the land that makes this chardonnay so special. The vines were planted in the early seventies by our father, so the fruit is really well established. The grapes are grown in soil born of the old lakebed—sandy, stone-filled, with a nice minerality. What comes of it is a wine with distinguished Single Vineyard certification—a bouquet of light citrus, toasted oak and vanilla with a creamy finish and hints of apple, pear and grapefruit.
