THE STORY

While we didn’t have to venture out into temperatures quite as extreme as that of our Icewine Vidal, the Lost & Found Late Harvest Vidal has a similar sweetness and beauty. And it’s moniker is not some clever marketing tagline: we actually bottled and sold this in 2013, but one pallet was 'lost' in the warehouse, unlabelled, until we found it last year.

Hence the name.

HOW TO ENJOY THIS WINE

Put this bottle in an ice bucket about an hour or two before serving it, because it goes best chilled (in a small glass). The sweetness lends itself to fattier foods, such as your favorite strong cheeses, or even smoked sausage.
