It’s here! Our first ever Semillon!
A few years ago, we chose a special part of our Lakeshore vineyard to be home to our small block of Semillon. Finally producing enough for this small batch of wine to be produced.
The 2020 Wild & Free Semillon has a dry and zesty palate of lemon, green apple and yellow pear.
Pair with seared scallops or grilled shrimp!
