THE STORY
Icewines get their name from the deep freezing point. One cannot simply say “icewine” and make it so! Instead, they’ve gotta get their behinds out to harvest in tremendous cold (-8 Celsius) to earn the designation. Which is exactly what we did to make our Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine happen, an effort we were repaid for handsomely with a truly memorable sweet rosé.
HOW TO ENJOY THIS WINE
Keep it simple and serve chilled at dessert time alongside your custards, your cream-filled, your homemade apple pies. Our Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine can more than handle its own all by itself.

This wine won the Bronze Medal in the 2019 Ontario Wine Awards.
