Palatine is excited introduce our very own cheeses made in collaboration with Gunn’s Hill Cheese in Woodstock, Ontario

These cheese are soaked in our 1812 Chardonnay and 1812 Merlot Cabernet. They pair perfectly with the 1812 wines used in the individual cheese making process.
The cheese created are the 1812 Cheese which is washed with the 1812 Chardonnay wine and the “Tipsy” cheese which is soaked in the 1812 Merlot Cabernet for 6 days.
The cheeses are sold directly at our winery, at Gunn’s Hill, and at Sobeys and Loblaws.
